"Kalahari" is unique within the Airwego Group.
Firstly its foundations lie deep within three crew members who approached the Staff Team about the idea of a base in South Africa in 2018.
Secondly it is the first ever base, since our foundation in 2000, in the Southern Hemisphere.
South Africa is a vast country with a diverse population. Aviation is a significant element of it`s infrastructure bringing both tourists and commercial investment to many of its nine provinces.
Kalahari`s base is at Johannesburg (FAOR) with our aircraft carrying a stunning "twist" on our livery.
Launched on New Years Day 2019 Kalahari is an excellent opportunity to explore this incredible continent from the air.
